Ingredients:
2 slices multigrain bread...
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. green onions
3 ounces cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
4 thin slices of cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Lime juice
2 tbsp. Cilantro
Combine all ingredients except the bread, then spread on toasted multigrain (or your favorite) bread!
Yum!
